A bit small to say with any certainty but if I had to choose I'd lean female. Let it get a few molts in and try again around 2" DLS, then you should be able to get a pretty accurate answer.
Like @l4nsky mentioned, the x.x.x system is to denote the sex of a tarantula, where 1.2.3 would indicate you have 1 male, 2 females, and 3 unsexed specimens of one species. So for one unsexed T, it'd be 0.0.1.
