@Ungoliant P. Regalis and leg span is 1.5 inches

by 2.5" it should be really easy to vent sex.

shouldnt take long.

@cold blood yeah i think so too, I just got a microscope in today so was playing around with it, is not big enough to display the sex yet? Just trying to learn more. Like I didn't see anything.

I'm sure it's possible, it's just tougher because the organs aren't quite developed enough yet to be obvious

You need to let it dry out and get in a bit closer. I have found that wetting down smaller moults causes the spermathecae and uterus externus to completely disappear due to their lack of colour. They are almost transparent at the smaller sizes, so it is important that the exuvia is dry.

@VanessaS Thanks for the reply, next molt I get I will try to do it that way and dry it off after I get it spread out.

@jrh3 The one you have here is in excellent shape. Just leave it to dry flattened out like that. Come back to it in a couple of days and you might be surprised.
