Brachypelma hamorii Sling
Congrats! :D

May I ask what kind of hide that is? It looks as if your little one can't go anywhere, but maybe the angle is deceiving me and the back of the hide is open towards the substrate. ;)

The hide is the vial container my B.Vagans arrived in. My B.Vagans when I got it was about 1/2 in.
But i did put a small leaf infront of the hide to give it some privacy/hiding space.
Honestly I may or may not change the hide once it fully hardens from its molt.
 
@MissOrangeHat @Paul1126 Yes, that's what I thought. ;)

I'd recommend changing that hide after it has hardened up, if you want to make your T feel comfortable. Slings (especially Brachys) like to burrow to feel safe, but that vial doesn't allow that. @Tomoran once said in a husbandry vid for B. vagans, that they might grow into less skittish specimens when they have the chance to burrow. :)
