It looks like theridiidae common cobweb spider. Harmless though.

I agree that it's something in the Theridiidae family. Maybe something in the Parasteatoda genus to narrow it down a bit further?

Thanks for the quick responses!
Going to raise her for a little while, she already ate once, I really like her markings and would love to see how she will look when she's a bit bigger!
