I’d say I’m 90% sure. I know the picture is blurry so its a bit hard to tell. No matter how I held the magnifying glass I couldn’t get a better shot.

Are you able to move the parts in question separately from the rest of the molt? If you're actually able to flip them up and down, then I'd definitely agree with it being female. Lol
