2017 Solar Eclipse Totality

If you zoom in you can see some of "Baily's Beads" on the right. My tripod broke so it isn't as sharp as it could've been, but still a dream shot for me anyways.
Oh the time is near, today the 'God Hand' will arrive on U.S soil. Apostles of the Goddess*, our time is at hand! :angelic:

* 0.1 Pelinobius muticus PBUH (Peace Be Upon Her)

@PidderPeets Thanks! I wish everyone would've been able to experience it. Good news is, you'll get another chance in 2024. Sounds like a long time, but it's a lot shorter than most people have to wait lol.

In Houston we got only 67% totality, but it was amazing nonetheless. The totality line of the 2024 eclipse will pass very close to Houston.

Nice photo.

We took the hour off at work and got to watch it. Everyone was out on the front lawn having a great time.

@Ghost56 I didn't. I should have but I was lazy. We did play with ping hole setups and had 20 set of glasses to take turns with. We were a bit high on the path line so I didn't see a full eclipse. Still it was about 90% with just the top left uncovered. Had a great time and I got paid for an hour of work while goofing off. :D

Here in Denver,we had 93%.But I was driving, didnt have time to jump out and take a look.
I was only 294mi. from Casper Wyoming!!!.They had 100% there.But,on a brighter note,
my N.incei sling molted sometime today.A solar eclipse baby.:alien
