@KezyGLA Thanks for the confirm man. I'm pretty excited about this. She was one of the first 3 poecs I bought a month after I get into Ts. It's nice to know she'll be with me for a while.
@kevinlowl I did. I got them about a month after getting my 1st 4 Ts. I did my homework and set them up properly. After that, I didn't have any trouble with them. If you learn the rules and follow them pokies are not hard to keep. If you goof up or break a rule then they can put the hurt on you. This is why most people do not recommend them for new keepers.
@Trenor That's reassuring. I got some LP and Regalis slings as my starters last month. I can't resist the Regalis, they're just too damn beautiful. I like to think of myself as a pretty cautious and meticulous person so I think I'll be able to manage caring for a super quick arboreal with potent venom though that's not to say it isn't a little unnerving thinking of when they grow up.
Did you get bashed in the forums for getting OWs so soon? lol I'm not posting anything in there about my pokies until they get older.
@BobBarley@kevinlowl I think it's the responsibility of the keeper to know what is needed to care for the animals they get. I think a lot of people on here get upset because a lot of new people don't bother learning about the animals before getting them.
Mistakes can happen to anyone starting in a new hobby. Just keep in mind that mistakes with a number of "starter" Ts can be a learning experience. Mistakes with some of the OWs can cause major harm. Be careful and really look into how to properly work with them.
