Latrodectus tredecimguttatus

Found in Southern Italy. I was flipping stones looking for centipedes, had no idea these were about!
Oh, our old good 'malmignatta' <-- that spider common/folk name which btw sounds IMO like 'evil whore'. Nice spot my man, hands down nice spot, for that lately they "entered" into a bit of disappearing mode :)

You can find those in Liguria region here in the North, Southern Toscana as well for Sardegna island.
 
This was in Puglia, near a spot called Costa Merlata (or costa mermalata as my sister likes to call it) I hear they go through phases of being scarce to almost endemic!
 
@Scoly Yup, in Southern Italy of course as well, and in Puglia region, in the wild around Taranto city you can still spot the 'original sinner' ah ah, aka L.tarantula (still it's beyond me how they managed to survive, since Taranto is by far the most polluted Italian city, sadly).
 
I kept an eye out for those but didn't see any... A lot of snakes in that region however.
