That's a B. smithi alright, That's why CN are very inaccurate as as fire-leg can apply to many sp., Mexican fire-leg is the cn for B. boehemi.

That's a Brachypelma smithi aka "Mexican Red Knee". A "Mexican Fire Leg" is a Brachypelma boehmi. Thars why it's best to use scientific names for accuracy. There are so many tarantulas that have very similar common names.

I have a "fire-leg" or Brachypelma boehmei, and this one I'm fairly certain is a Brachypelma Smithi!
