Well lal, I think that what you're seeing to be the spermathecae is actually a fold in the skin or shadows. Below is a picture of a female P. mets spermathecae.
@ Gooty- In this picture, between the top interior book lungs, you can see what looks to be "flap", with two round "knobs". This is the spermathecae, a sac which holds the males sperm. You can consider the knobs to be, well, a female tarantulas ovaries.
