Male in my opinion, looks just like my N. Chromatus molt, and he was a boy. I am saying boy strictly because there is nothing to see between the book lungs. I am not an expert though!
Male for me as well....although this looks much smaller, my female balfouri molts have definite spermathecea. You can see very pronounced horns. Right now a confirmed male is a good thing.... my 2cents
