Male. I'm pretty sure I can see its emboli on its pedipalps

I'm guessing its legspan is around 4-5 inches as well?

Roughly 4-5". He got really long and spindly after this molt. Thank you!

Considering the brownish color and "hairier" appearance I was thinking male, but was not sure if he/she was still to immature to tell by color alone.

check the pedipalps (the short arms) it will look like a split furry spot at the end of the pedipalps instead of pads for climbing. In those it will have these sharp hooks retracted called emboli for mating with females. I call them hooks but don't know the scientific name
