Honestly that pic is terrible and makes it impossible to tell.If the legs have an iridescent blue banding it is rufilata.Even dorsally these two look nothing alike so it should be pretty easy to ID after comparing pictures of the 2..
ya srry about the poor quality of the pics... my hands shake... there is blue banding so rufilata it is. I was pretty sure but its good to get second opinion and its still smalll(ish). Thx alot
