Yeah, these ventral sexing attempts are really just guesses. The only way to be 100% certain of the sex of a T is to check their exuvia after a molt. I've seen examples of 3 or 4 different photos of the same specimen from different angles with different lighting, and each photo gets a different response as far as sex goes.
