2.25" Lasiodora Parahybana Molting

This is a clearer images of my LPs underneath. I'm thinking it is female but I want your opinion to make sure.
Unfortunately, she (I hope not "he" hahaha) destroyed the abdomen part of the molt before I have the chance to soak it on soapy water
That's too bad. When they're flipped over to molt is a hard time to try to sex them, especially when smaller, because everything is stretched out and distorted. I would wait 7 days or so then try to get another pic of it's underside to see if we can tell then.

Oh, thank you for that information. I'm a newbie in tarantula keeping and this is very helpful. Luckily, my LP stayed calm when I am getting the molt and so far it is not deformed or showing any forms of weakness. Can I just ask, do temperature affect the duration of the tarantula to harden?

No, not really. It's not like if you increase the temp it'll harden faster. It just takes as long as it takes. If the temp is too low, though, the T may struggle to recover from the molting process. Keep temperatures consistent and make sure fresh water is always available. You'll know the exoskeleton is fully hardened when the fangs turn solid black (no red anywhere).
