You cant say this is 100% male we may not even be looking at an H.lividum. OP, please try posting a picture of the spider with its legs spread as well as a ventral shot for sexing.
I thought males were blue until final molt to mature male then goes like a brownish kinda grayish ?? In my non expert opinion id say this maynot be a h . Lividum!
