This is a male. What you're seeing there is the gonopore and male accessory organs. A female would have 2 distinct "humps" that are significantly larger than this, with a translucent flap (uterus externus) over the top of them. Example:
Hi great minds of the boards! I bought this fella as a supposed male. Was a lot larger than its siblings. But now a flap? Still male or did I win the jackpot?
