This species is hard to sex (ventrally or by molt) if they're less than 3-3.5" DLS. I think it kind of looks female, but that doesn't mean much at this size.

Thank you for your comment NMTs I really appreciate another opinion. I thought maybe female myself but in doing a picture search on here and google I can make myself believe it could be either. Good to know I'm not missing an obvious mark that indicates beyond doubt it's one or the other. As you say best wait till it's bigger and reassess. I'm just super happy the little one is out so much to view
