‘Aspinochilus rufus’ ventral
IMHO yes, but take that with a grain of salt as I've yet to raise up a male of this species to confirm they do exhibit penultimate sexual dimorphism like some other species in the area. Looking online at ventral pictures of females (ie threat poses and sexing requests), you can clearly see a very dark sternum and coxae, which is the opposite of what I see here.
 
If someone posted this just asking if it were male or female without the accompanying dorsal pic, I would say it looks male. With both pics together, I think it's even likelier to be male.

@l4nsky and I have both been tricked before, though. LOL.
