Nhandu carapoensis female

Yes she is! As you can see, I love this genus, all four species, but tripepii is still a little ahead for me 😬
I have a bit of a rubbish history with Nhandu unfortunately. I bought my caraponensis first np bought as a female and is one. I fell in love with her so bought a female coloratovillosus and female tripepii.
When they arrived my coloratovillosus was a chromatis and when they moulted both were male. The chromatis has since matured and passed away but I still have my little tripepii male. Luckily he has a female waiting for him but the chromatis wasn't as lucky, no one wanted him ☹.
But all that kinda put a damper on my plans of having all the Nhandu. I can understand why you like tripepii though, they are stunning and if I hadn't have been burned with mine they would probably be joint top spot with caraponensis 😊. They whole genus are amazing t's 🥰, and yours look amazing too 😍, every single one of them 😉❤.

I can imagine your frustration.
What if we look at those experiences from a different point of view? See, since chromatus is now Vitalius, one could say that that’s not a Nhandu issue anymore. Now it’s between you and Vitalius 😬
As for the tripepii situation: I guess there’s only one way to make things right and turn this page for good: go and get yourself a confirmed (for real this time, like proven) juvenile female. And I mean, the prettiest one, bright orange, spicy, hungry, beautiful. I bet you’ll fall in love again in no time. This species only gets better as they grow, and they GROW. I may not be the best person to listen to when talking about Nhandus, since I really like the genus, but, of all my T’s, this female is the most entertaining and fun to raise. She’s huge, looks like an orangutan. Unique personality. Amazing T.
Give it a second chance, I’m sure you won’t regret it. Not one bit.

I plan on it once I get my new spider room sorted out and have space to get them 😊, I still want both tripepii and coloratovillosus but they need big spider space hopefully in a month or 2 my health allowing my room will be completed and I will be able to start looking again 😊🤞.

Happy to read that. It’ll all work out and you’ll be feeding your Nhandus pretty soon. I’ll be waiting for pictures 🙌🙌🙌
Feel free to send me a message in case you need any help with them. I’ll talk Nhandu for days.

I will make sure I tag you once I get them 😊.
I can talk about all t's for days 😆, even more when it's Thrixopelma, Sericopelma, and Nhandu 🥰, my top 3 terrestrial genus. Thanks! 😊 I don't know many other Nhandu lovers so it's great to know I can ask you 🙂.
