I am sure your floofer will appreciate it , my girl made a huge turret once given bits of leaf litter moss ect to build it with, looks epic in her viv especially when she sits at the top legs hung over the edge . You won't regret it
The most beautiful slings on the planet in my opinion...
I've noticed they like to build their turrret at one end of a tunnel that runs the length of the cork bark, so I'll lay a long piece of bark diagonally with the water dish near the other end.
If there is anything I love more than a fossorial it is a turret builder. Give them all the fixings and they will make you a work of art. You can use pieces of moss, leaf litter, I even throw in dead selaginella pieces if I spelled that right for flashes of color
I've heard many people say they grow out of building turrets or never rebuilt a turret after getting rehoused. I try to salvage what I can from the old turret and place it near near the entrance of where I hope their new one will be...I'm 2/2 on this species (multiple rehouses) and every other turret builder I've rehoused.

My girl has had 2 houses built a turret in both of em np my murinus (when she was still with us) and uatuman did too . I think if you provide the right sized bits they will rebuild regardless.
My murinus webbed from her corkbark and along the ground like a tunnel, my cyanognathus has done a turret goes straight up the wall from the corkbark and my uatuman totally ignored the bark n made her own home diagonally around her pot , but they all decorated with crushed up leaf litter and moss and all have made turrets of some form . 2nd best feature of the genus after their looks imo .
And I agree so pretty my girl is an adult now so she has black legs that hang over but those orange bands are still there so is the pink/green abdomen or it was, she's not long moulted so I haven't seen her new outfit yet but she will be out soon, she's already taken a meal so just a waiting game now .
