I see them, and think you may be right. It seems like even though they're a small species, the spermathecae grow slowly, and I couldn't make mine out as female until it was over 2" DLS...
Reference pics. I've carefully examined every molt from this specimen since it was a 2i sling, and I was convinced it was male. Goes to show you that it's worth examining each molt even if you think you already know the outcome!

Your girls pic was my reference pic , was hoping they were the start of girly bits am rather fond of this little one . You know I am not an avic fan but these are my exception lol.
I noticed they grow quite slowly had Ginger a year and she's still only just 2inches on this moult, and this is the first time she's ever given me a moult with the abdomen still attached too . Super excited thank you
