Looks like it's pretty small, so would likely need to examine under stronger magnification. And, the abdomen isn't spread out enough, so the parts we need to see are hidden...
Yeah it's not the best pic. Although I can see what looks to be the spermanthacae, the abdomen looks folded and it could be just a shiny wet part off a book lung. If you can get any clearer pics with the abdomen part of the moult out flat it would help a lot.
