Sericopelma sp Santa Catalina, ~2.5" DLS. Male?
I wouldn't say male just yet. This species seems to develop spermathecae slowly and they're not always evident with the naked eye or even a zoomed in phone camera at that size. I had to look at mine under a microscope to be sure I was seeing spermathecae at that same size:
