Great find! I was looking for them a couple days ago, since someone reported a sighting on the outskirts of the city. No luck this time, but at least I know they should be around here.

It's a lottery. Even in first class habitats where they considered "common". Then they pop up in the most unlikely places.. once I found one in a cemetery in the capital.. the little guy pictured above was on a relatively busy road next to a pallet factory at the edge of the village..
