Very nice little scorpion are they hard to keep ? Love the dark coloration...
They are honestly easier to keep than most T's. Just need to keep things a bit more humid than a NWT. I just use 2 water dishes and overfill every week. Use shallow dishes that the scorp can climb out of, they can easily drown. This is a Centruroides sp. so you need a near vertical rough surface to climb, I just use cork bark. You won't see them for a while once you rehouse them, but once they are settled you will see them all the time. I have seen mine out most days and at most times of day. Very personable little scorp, has trouble with beetle larvae but I have seen her double fist crickets. They can't climb smooth surfaces well so you can leave plenty of space between sub and lid for safety reasons. This is a medically significant species so the utmost care must be taken when near the enclosure. Labels are encouraged.

Interesting if only someone wrote care-sheets on Scorpions. I’ve asked here before lol 😆..
I can’t get any until I get a job and can order online ,pet shop only has adults of afs and desert hairy which require expensive clay . And sand ?
I have significantly more experience with tarantulas. Only had an emp once .
