Sex cannot be determined by legs. Maybe when males mature and they become "leggy" but not for ummature spiders.
I am saying female based on the pic but I am not the world's best at venting so hope the usual suspects ( @NMTs and @Charliemum ) that are much better than I, can confirm.
How big is it? I think it looks more female than male, but the pic is a little hard to make out. Males of this species will mature at or before 2" DLS, so if it's much bigger than that you've probably got a female.
Hummm the slit looks female coz it's curved but that could just be angle n it looks like there is an arch in the middle, I can't tell if it's shadow or male. A better pic would help please.

On the topic of N. incei I have two juveniles so its amazing to see the actual individualism tarantulas have first hand. I have a much bigger N. incei, and a smaller one (the one pictured in this image). The large N. incei is out virtually all the time while the other prefers the burrow. One has a ferocious appetite, and the other one will eat every once in a while. It's amazing really.

I noticed that too ! but with my ihiringhi, I had a bigger male (he is being pimped out atm) was out constantly had a burrow but only to moult in a total devil for food or any vibration tbf , I also have a younger female she lives in her burrow and takes ages to take her food has to be sure the coast is clear, really nervous the difference between them even in the same sp is definitely amazing, little individual floofers
