If that little white spot on the lip of the epigastric furrow weren't there and it was the same color all the way across, would you say the same thing? I'm looking at how far apart both sets of book lungs are, and how wide and arching that lip is, and I'm seeing female that has rubbed a little spot enough that it looks like a male.
