They're supposed to be a captive bred hybrid of Brachypelma vagans x verdezi, but which parent was which is unclear to me, as unclear as the source of the 'vagans'. You might also see some wrongly called 'pallidum' x vagans, but pallidum was a wrong name that B.verdezi used to be sold under.
