First off, I have no clue what I am doing and eventually destroyed this molt so be gentle 😂

This is a G. actaeon and is 2-3 inches.
All 3 pics you posted look like they are of the wrong side of the exuvia - we need to see the inside of it to confirm sex. Might be female, but I'm not convinced from what I've seen so far. If you don't have pics of the inside this time, be sure to check the next one.

Fangs should be facing down, and all the openings of the chelicerae and legs should be facing up.

This is the right direction.

At 3", I would expect the female parts to be more prominent that this - there should be a clearly evident flap with 2 little antenna-like structures sticking up behind it. See the example below. I suspect the 2 raised dots you're seeing are male accessory organs.
