So if the white spot on the left is a book lung, you are right. Looks like a female or second opinion: you destroyed the the skin during preparation. Looks like a young spider...
 
The 2 spots you have circled at the top are sensory organs called slit sensilla. The pic is honestly too blurry for me to tell if the things in the lower circle are spermathecae, though.

Ah thank you- this was sent to me by a friend asking for my opinion and I couldn’t quite make it out either 😅 but now I know about slit sensilla! I’ve never noted them before on a moult

That is a book lung yes :)
A friend of mine sent me the photo for my opinion and I just couldn’t figure it out.
 
Ah thank you- this was sent to me by a friend asking for my opinion and I couldn’t quite make it out either 😅 but now I know about slit sensilla! I’ve never noted them before on a moult
They're most noticeable when looking at thin, translucent moults! They are also good indicators you're searching in the right spot when you look at moults with a microscope, since they're situated right above the epigastric furrow and eventual spermatheca/uterus externus/accessory organs. 😄
