It looks female on the ventral side, but these are easy to sex dorsally, too. If the base color is tan/beige with darker tan and beige markings then it's likely male. If the base color is more white or cream with black or dark brown markings then it's more likely female.
Compare yours to the way this one looks, which is a male. You can definitely see the difference in coloration and contrast between the lighter and dark markings - more contrast = female.
