I don't think that's a hole, I think it's small spermathecae. On this one you can also see more tissue there in the center, which would be a uterus externus.

I learned something new today. All the time I didn’t think that “hole” was something else. My other exuv obviously don’t have that, and that other gbb is bigger than this one so it should have a more apparent “hole” as I call it
