Absolutely stunning! I never realized this species was so brilliantly coloured. Guess I’ll be adding it to my ever growing wishlist.

B. emilia are, IMHO, the best looking brachys out there. Really need to be seen to be appreciated. If you can get your hands on one, do so.

Every time I see a picture of one of these, I'm reminded I NEED one of these beauties in my small collection. Eventually...

Gorgeous, gorgeous animal !

They're not very expensive, I've seen 2 inch confirmed females go for 75-100 bucks. They're slow growers so it'll take them probably 2 years or so to get from 2 inches to 5 even with frequent feeding and kept at 82F.. but I believe they're worth the wait.

Pretty much. B hamorii and smithi get more attention but B emilia look better, are usually less skittish, and grow a bit quicker. I've had this girl for the best part of 2 years.. never seen a threat pose, never seen her eve try to kick hairs. I do realize that there's no guarantee all will be like her, but most people who have these agree that this has been their experience too.

Beautiful T !
And nice enclosure :)
Lol she doesn't mind sitting for a few mins to pose for a pic. The laptop was running and the keyboard was nice and warm🤣

I recommend getting one now while they're still readily available and affordable before the price shoots up due to cites sheer stupidity.
