I would actually lean towards these being the very early beginnings of spermathecae. GBB spermathecae look like a single, tongue-shaped lobe in larger specimens, but when very small (like this one is) they are actually 2 separate lobes that eventually fuse. In subsequent molts, those 2 little humps should connect and grow into one. Also, I don't believe accessory organs would be that pronounced, and you can usually see a gonopore between them fairly clearly - something like this: ._.
I think she is a female and that is Chromatopelma spermatheca, but it is still sling see thru molt and i can be wrong of course and for sure it will be better to wait a few molts and it will be confirmed for sure. In a pictures bellow is spermatheca is from mine adult female.
