That little white line above the epigastric furrow is usually a good indicator that it's female, but always good to confirm by checking a molt. My female that is about an inch bigger than yours took about 10 months between molts at that size, so hopefully it'll molt for you in the next few months.

She (assuming it really is a female) should be close now, but for sure after the next couple of molts - 5" DLS or so. You can confirm maturity by examining the molt, too.
The spermathecae of a young, sexually immature female will be opaque/lighter in coloration, like this:
