My Caribena Versicolor went from 1.25" to 2" today, the molt abdomen is destroyed so I can't use it for sexing. Any idea male or female?
Looks kinda like a male, but it's hard to tell for sure so shortly after a molt. Give it a week or so to harden up and post another pic.
 
Female no doubt. C. versi are the easiest to sex ventrally
They are easy to sex ventrally, but it's tiny and it just molted today. It could very well be female, but I'd give it a few days and check again just to be sure.
 
I think female, too. But I dont think versi are easy to vent sex at all...too many NW hairs down there.
