We bought what we were told was a Guatemalan Tiger Rump, but now that it is a little older and we have seen it more my husband thinks it might be a Green Bottle Blue. Any advice could be great. Thank you
This is a Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens, common name Green Bottle Blue. It will like the enclosure much dryer than a tiger rump and will web and not burrow like the tiger rump does
Definitely gbb . As stated they like to web not dig mine has always sat up in her web she rarely touches the sub unless food goes on it try setting your little one up with a bit more hight and I am sure they will take advantage of it and build the beautiful web castles this sp is known for gl
