Hey....good news is that they grow slowly and have slow metabolisms, so even though he's a male you'll still have him around for a long time. And males of this species are always in demand for breeding, so once he is mature you might be able to find him a girlfriend and get some slings in return.

yeah you're right, maybe i'll even pair him myself when he is mature and i am a little more experienced
