Determining sex ventrally at such a small size is usually 50/50 at best. Even molt sexing is difficult because the spermathecae are rarely fully developed, but you'll have a better shot at getting a definitive answer with a molt. From this pic, I'd say it could be female, but not with any amount of certainty.
