Looks male to me, but it's freshly molted so it's hard to say. It's hard to ventral sex any tarantula that is freshly molted. But if it's freshly molted, why don't you sex the molt?

I've had this happen to me before too. Very frustrating and disappointing. See if you can get your money back. If they won't do that for you, then leave a nasty review online. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews if it was an honest mistake, but if you got scammed then warn others not to buy from this person.

I’ve been trying to believe this was an honest mistake for months now, but after 2 molts and thier reaction to either gaslight or ghost me, my patience is wearing thin. Thank you for the input! I hate confrontation and just want the spider I was supposed to have ><
