Yes I got them from the same breeder, this guy breeds tons of Theraphosa spp, so maybe he had several blondi sacks at the same time, and just randomly picked 4 from all the slings, I'm not sure. There is no scientific study about implications to inbreeding that I know of(if there is I'd love to read them). Given blondis are a bit harder to come by, and can have locality issues, I want to keep it simple and just try to pair my 2.2 when the time comes.
I can't comment on something i know nothing about. I'm not an arachnid geneticist; sure i know inbreeding in vertebrates is bad, but i could easily believe the gene pool in the hobby isn't particularly vast either.
