Snowflake dumpy frog chillin on some bark
I’ve never seen a snowflake morph have so little white??? Looks like a normal phase.

Cool. I know about the snow but is the super snow a snowflake bred with a snowflake or is it a gene that just shows more than normal snow?

He initially developed the snowflake and super snowflake by line breeding, just breeding Whites with high amount of white.

Decades ago wild types always had white or butter yellow spots, but small pin point size.

I speculated if you bred high spotteds together you’d get what we have now- didn’t think it would so long though hah

Cool. I don’t know why but my favorite morphs are snow. I like snowflake dumpy frogs and super snow sand boas. Do you know which local the morph started on like if it was Indonesian or Australian

If I recall correctly it was Australia’s

The 2 are a bit different.

The breeder told me he was working on snows and super snows to have white only or yellow only spots. Have no doubt that’s possible too!
