What substrate composition do you use? I'm still trying to figure out one for my O. ornatus
 
What substrate composition do you use? I'm still trying to figure out one for my O. ornatus
I mix my own, based off mickiem's fussy millipede substrate as a starting point. My own mix is about 1/3 soaked oak pellets, 1/3 organic compost, and the rest of it is a mixture of spagnum moss, coconut fiber, and reptisoil. I also mix plenty of hardwood leaves into the top 1/3 or so of the substrate.
