About 2”. Not very hairy. Fossorial behavior.
The guy I got it from remembers it as Psalmopoeus reduncus but it’s not set up as arboreal so it has a deep burrow. Ideas?
Before I read it was sold as such, that species was my initial thought. Therefore, I bet It is Psalmopoeus reduncus. Psalmopoeus are for the most part more fossorial (especially as immatures) than arboreal in captivity. Adopting a more arboreal lifestyle entering maturity. Believe it or not, most arboreals are like Psalmopoeus in their preferred webbing habits. There are only a few "true" arboreals from sling to adult in captivity and that is the Aviculariinae genera. This sub-family includes Avicularia, Antilena, Caribena, Iridopelma, Pachistopelma, Typhochlaena and Ybyrapora...
