My first thought was that this is some species of Phormictopus. I think they're the only NW terrestrials with blue/green slings - perhaps someone with more experience can correct me if I'm wrong.
I've also heard that the sling coloration is area specific and my Cuban one was green while Dominicana ones are more on the blue side.
Thus my theory - Phormictopus species from Dominicana.
