can anybody distinguish the SP ? not vagans . said to be a bird eater
Hard to say, those Tliltocatl (formerly Brachypelma) sp. "Red Rumps" are very unlikely to distinguish by pictures.

There are even the possibility of hybrids being spread in the hobby for years.

Not to mention, there are others that can be similar like some Sericopelma for example.
 
I think brachypelma and Tliltocatl are out of the selection the legs have no white pattern like .
 
Looks like a vagans to me.

Also note, the term birdeater is a broadly generic term that applies to hundreds of species...it basically just means NW terrestrial that gets over 5"....saying you have a birdeater is like saying you drive a sedan....it gives absolutely no specifics as to what you are actually talking about.
