It's wet. That's all I can say. Im guessing that it is a small specimen?

Yeah, I would need a close up in-between the two booklungs up top before I vote. Some folks will probably say male but this species is a pain at small sizes. I am leaning female but a closer up pic is needed

I couldn't tell you for sure. I am leaning female. They have unusual lady parts. It is hard to say for sure right now
