I really doubt it. My emilia never looked like that that I recall. I remember the black V by the eyes coming up at a smaller size than what that appears to be. A lot of the commonly kept Brachys look similar when young, like many Avics.
I agree with @viper69, I highly doubt that's a B. emilia. My sling is about 1", maybe even smaller, and she shows some adult colouration already (carapace and legs).

Same here, mine was never that bland looking at all. The legs were much lighter too, banding as well. Check out some pics here, may be hard to compare size though as they of course change in looks as they grow.. @Extrovert get your money back once more people chime in. I would.
I've messaged the seller... No response yet. Given that at least 2 of the 5 slings I bought are not correct I'm assuming this is intentional. I also had a breeding loan with him where he gave my male away without mentioning that it wasn't his and he never had the females that he said he had for it. He got slammed on Facebook for an unrelated deal where he stole a spider from someone else. I'm assuming I've been hosed all around.

His name is Brian Burnett and his company is SPCL-G morphs. He has responded saying that he bought the group of slings as they were labeled and he got scammed. He has offered to make it right but he has already sold off his collection. I asked for money back or the actual spiders that I bought...waiting in a response now.

Yeah this happens A LOT. If you paid by credit card, time to call for fraud. It's not your fault he doesn't know what he's doing. Wait and see what he offers up.
