Megatheloides is probably the only species i truly regret not being able to keep here. The closest species here to its colour is a small and seemingly entirely unknown Diplurid in south Australia that somehow no hobbyists know about, despite its blue metallic colouration. The rest of our curtain webs are usually varying shades of black or brown with fluffy legs

I think megatheloides and fallax are the "classic" Dipluridae in the hobby, lol. They are, indeed, awesome species to keep.
Got curious on the australian specimen you mentioned. Do you have pics of it?

I dont have it personally (wish i did) but its Cethegus Ischnotheloides. Found a few pictures in some article by absolute chance and was mesmerized. WSC has a collection point map and it seems to have a reasonably wide distribution across SA and WA. Another reason im surprised ive never seen it mentioned before or anyone else with them
